2001
The City of Windsor, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland, is declared a Peace City
2004
The Club hosts the unveiling of a “Peace Monument” in Charles Clarke Square, adjacent to City Hall. The club initiative was designed by a local student under the guidance of Windsor architect Norm Becker. The monument was funded in part by the Ontario Trillium Foundation
2005
The Club created a Rotary Peace School program, one that encourages, fosters and promotes a safe, caring and welcoming environment. As of June 2019, the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland has designated 38 Elementary Peace Schools across Windsor and Essex County and 5 High Schools as Peace Schools.
2008
April 24-27, 2008 the City of Windsor and the Club hosted the Rotary International Peace Summit.
2012
September 21, 2018 Club hosted the Rotary International Peace Walk.
2021
The Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland is declared a Rotary Peace Builder Club.
